Terms of use

Version 2026-09-13 · English translation of the Spanish text; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. What this space is

This space only hosts an audio file that you upload yourselves, so that it plays in your invitation. No music is provided, suggested or recommended to you, there is no catalogue of any kind, and nothing is charged for this hosting. The choice of file is entirely yours.

2. What you declare when uploading

By ticking the box you declare that you hold the rights required to use that recording in your invitation, and that its use does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Please note that having bought a song, or having it on a subscription service, allows you to listen to it, but does not give you the right to make it available to the public. If you are unsure whether you may use it, check before uploading it.

3. Your responsibility

You take responsibility for the file you upload. If a third party makes a claim over it, you will bear the consequences, including any costs and amounts that may have to be paid.

4. Removal

The file may be removed without prior notice: upon receipt of a request from a rights holder, which is dealt with within 48 working hours; or if there are reasonable grounds to believe these terms are not being met. Once the file is removed, your invitation will keep working, but without music.

5. Availability

This hosting is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. If it were not accessible, your invitation would open without music. Keep your own copy of the file: it is not kept here as a backup.

6. Data that is kept

Together with the file, the following are recorded: the date and time of the upload, the IP address it was uploaded from, the version of these terms you accepted, the language you read them in, and a copy of the full text as it appeared at that moment. The file name is replaced with a random one.

The sole purpose is to evidence the declaration in point 2 and to be able to deal with any request that may arise. This data is kept while the file is hosted and for as long as liability may arise. You may request access or deletion by writing to contacto.host.info@gmail.com.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The version applicable to each file is the one published at the time of upload, and it is recorded together with the file.
